1. About Us
tranxfer.market is operated by TRANXFER MARKET LTD(“we”, “our”, “us”), a company registered in England and Wales under company number 17453221, with its registered office at 66 Paul St, London, EC2A 4NA. You can contact us at hello@tranxfer.market.
2. Agreeing to These Terms
These Terms apply whenever you use the tranxfer.market app or website. By creating an account, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and our Safeguarding Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.
If you are a parent or guardian creating or linking to an account for a child under 18, you agree to these Terms on the child’s behalf and are responsible for the child’s use of the platform.
3. Who Can Use the Platform
- Players of any age. A child under 13 can only have a profile created and held by their parent or guardian. A young person aged 13 to 17 can have their own login, but is not visible to other users until a parent or guardian has linked to their account.
- Parents and legal guardians, acting for a child they are responsible for.
- Scouts, agents, and coaches who are 18 or over and based in the United Kingdom. Agents must be registered with the FA.
Your account is personal to you. Keep your sign-in details secure, do not share your account, and tell us straight away if you think someone else has accessed it.
4. Your Promises to Us
4.1 Everyone
- The information you give us, including your name, date of birth, and country, is true, accurate, and kept up to date.
- You will use the platform in line with these Terms, our Safeguarding Policy, and the law.
4.2 Parents and Guardians
- You are the parent or legal guardian of any child whose account you create or link to, and you have the authority to act for them.
- You will provide evidence of your relationship if we ask for it.
4.3 Scouts, Agents and Coaches
- Your FA registration number, DBS details, qualifications, and affiliations are accurate and current.
- You will tell us promptly if any of them change, lapse, or are withdrawn.
- You will follow the code of conduct in our Safeguarding Policy and all applicable FA and FIFA rules, including those on approaching and representing players under 18.
Giving false information about who you are, your relationship to a child, or your professional status is a serious breach of these Terms. We will close the account and, where appropriate, report it to the relevant authorities or governing bodies.
5. Identity Verification
Scouts, agents, coaches, parents and guardians, and players aged 18 or over must pass an identity check before using certain features. We may refuse, restrict, or withdraw access where a check is not completed or cannot be passed. Passing an identity check confirms who a person is. It is not an endorsement of them, and other details users provide about themselves, such as DBS status or qualifications, remain their own responsibility.
6. Content You Add
- You keep ownership of the photos, videos, text, and other content you add to the platform.
- You give us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, store, process, and display your content to other users, for the purpose of operating and promoting the platform. This licence ends when you delete the content or your account, except for copies we must keep for legal or safeguarding reasons.
- You must have the right to add your content, including the permission of anyone shown in it and, for a child, the permission of their parent or guardian.
- Content appears on the platform as soon as it is added and is not reviewed by us beforehand. You are responsible for what you add. A parent or guardian can hide or delete content on their child’s profile, and a player can hide or delete content their parent or guardian added.
7. Acceptable Use
You must not:
- Harass, bully, threaten, or discriminate against anyone.
- Add sexual, violent, hateful, or otherwise inappropriate content, or any content that could put a child at risk.
- Ask any player for personal information outside the platform’s purpose, or try to move contact with a player under 18 off the platform without their parent or guardian’s involvement.
- Try to get around parent and guardian controls, contact approvals, identity checks, or any other safety feature.
- Pretend to be someone else, or misrepresent your relationship to a child or your professional status.
- Post contact details publicly, send spam, or use the platform for advertising we have not agreed to.
- Copy, scrape, or collect other users’ data, or interfere with the platform’s security or operation.
8. Contact Between Users
The platform helps players, parents and guardians, scouts, agents, and coaches find and contact each other. We are not a party to any agreement, trial, transfer, or representation arrangement made between users, and we do not guarantee that any contact will lead to an opportunity. Any agreement with a player under 18 must involve their parent or guardian and comply with applicable FA and FIFA rules.
9. Suspension and Closing Your Account
- We may remove content, restrict features, or suspend or close any account that breaches these Terms or our Safeguarding Policy, or that we reasonably believe puts anyone at risk. Where a child’s safety is concerned, we may act immediately and without notice.
- If you think we have made a mistake, contact us at hello@tranxfer.market and we will review our decision.
- You can close your account at any time by emailing hello@tranxfer.market. A parent or guardian can also withdraw consent for their child’s profile from within the app.
10. Our Responsibility to You
- We work hard to keep the platform available, secure, and safe, but we provide it “as is” and cannot guarantee it will always be available or error-free.
- We are not responsible for what other users say or do, including the accuracy of the information they provide about themselves, except where the law makes us responsible.
- Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be limited by law. If you use the platform as a consumer, you also keep your statutory rights.
11. Changes
We may update the platform and these Terms from time to time. The “Last reviewed” date at the top of this page shows when these Terms were last updated. If we make significant changes, we will let you know by email or through the platform before they take effect.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction over any dispute. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you can also bring proceedings in your local courts.
13. Contact Us
If you have any questions about these Terms, email us at hello@tranxfer.market or write to TRANXFER MARKET LTD, 66 Paul St, London, EC2A 4NA.
